This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as websites or apps that Laboratoire FRERE refers to on its website and in its mailings. This privacy statement provides information about the collection and processing of personal data by or on behalf of Laboratoire FRERE, registered under (Chamber of Commerce) number BE1001192428. Laboratoire FRERE has its registered office and place of business at Ganzendries 26 - 9420 Erpe-Mere Belgium, and can be contacted via the e-mail address info@laboratoirefrere.eu

Laboratoire FRERE may receive information from you in the following ways:

  • Directly from the distributor: for example, by entering into an agreement with us, if you contact us by e-mail, telephone or in writing.

  • Via third parties: we may use the services of third parties. These third parties then act on behalf of Laboratoire FRERE. Laboratoire FRERE can process company and personal data through the use of Laboratoire FRERE services.

Laboratoire FRERE uses the data obtained primarily for the execution of the agreement that we conclude with the distributor in the context of offering products and services via our website for internal administration.

More specifically, we ask that you share your data with us for the following purposes:

  • With a view to entering into, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with its (potential) distributor(s), or to improve its services and products.
  • Applying and implementing legal obligations.
  • To analyze visitor behavior on the website.
  • Providing purchase-related information such as manuals, information, warranty certificates, proof of purchase and related products.

With whom do we share data?

Laboratoire FRERE may share data with companies affiliated with Laboratoire FRERE, its clients, subcontractors (such as processors) that provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business contacts.

Laboratoire FRERE does not store your data for longer than is necessary for the execution of the agreements and in any case not longer than 24 months after the agreement has ended, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to retain data. If you want your data to be completely deleted, you can submit a request to that effect (see below).

 

What rights do people have?

It must be ensured that Laboratoire FRERE has the correct data. You can send an objection to the use of certain data by Laboratoire FRERE in writing to the email address info@doggywoogie.be, or you can request to view, correct and/or delete data. Upon written request, any corrections that are submitted will be processed. Laboratoire FRERE will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Complaints about the use of data can be addressed to Laboratoire FRERE or to the legally authorized institution in our country.

Laboratoire FRERE takes data protection extremely seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
