L-GLUTAMINE

L-glutamine is a neutral amino acid. It has an amide group (NH2) on the side chain, which gives it a non-acidic property. Function: L-glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means that the body can produce it under normal circumstances, but in stressful situations (such as illness, strenuous exercise or injury) additional intake may be necessary. It is important for: supporting the immune system, maintaining the intestinal wall and digestive tract, muscle recovery after intensive exercise & removing ammonia from the body.

L-glutamic acid is a neutral amino acid with many vital functions, making it an important component for maintaining good health and optimal functioning of the body.

It is essential for the production of important neurotransmitters such as glutamate and GABA, which in turn regulate signaling in the brain.
